Welcome to GGLBET. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GGLBET ("we", "Platform" or "company"). • Not an employee, agent, contractor or immediate family member of a GGLBET employee
• Not currently prohibited from using online gambling platforms by any authority
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Act on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party

GGLBET reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm member eligibility. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process requires valid identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Documents typically required include a valid national ID, passport or driver's licence.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at gglbet. Multi-accounting is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings obtained through those accounts.

During registration, you are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
2. Updating your personal information whenever changes occur
3. Keeping your password and account login details confidential
4. Notifying us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization

Deposit requirements to be met:

GGLBET does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution or payment service provider may impose their own charges which are beyond our control. Members are advised to check their respective institution's fee policy.

GGLBET is committed to processing member withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on membership level and chosen withdrawal method. VIP members enjoy express withdrawals in as little as 5 minutes.

Withdrawal requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fulfilled in full
• GGLBET reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for compliance purposes

GGLBET is not liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as banking system outages, public holidays or third-party technical issues. In such situations, we will notify the affected members and expedite processing once systems are restored.

GGLBET offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual terms of each promotion. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the conditions of each bonus before accepting it.

General gglbet bonus rules:

• Welcome bonuses are only eligible for new members making their first deposit
• Each account, IP address, device, phone number, and payment method is eligible to receive a bonus only once
• The standard wagering requirement is 10x to 30x bonus value depends on the type of promotion
• The time frame to fulfil the wagering requirement is stated in each promotional offer
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless otherwise stated
• GGLBET reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud

GGLBET reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. GGLBET's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and distribution are final and binding.

General game rules at gglbet:

• All games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a recognised certification body
• Confirmed bets accepted by the system cannot be cancelled
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, gglbet's server records are final in determining the outcome
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and will be displayed within the game interface
• GGLBET reserves the right to void or cancel bets in the event of an obvious pricing error or technical disruption

For Sports Betting, gglbet follows standard industry rules. Match results are taken from recognised official sources. Should a match be postponed or terminated early, game-specific bet settlement rules will apply.

GGLBET maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, hacking and any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Share your account or allow others to use your account
• Engaging in any form of financial fraud or money laundering through the platform
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors on the platform for personal gain
• Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively toward gglbet support staff
• Spreading false information about gglbet on social media or other platforms
• Attempting to access systems or other members' accounts without authorisation

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the GGLBET support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements have been met and that no pending withdrawals remain unprocessed.

GGLBET reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, gglbet reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee. Any remaining funds after fee deductions will be returned to the member upon contacting us to reactivate their account.

The gglbet platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, gglbet is not liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from service interruptions or technical disruptions beyond our control
• Game results verified by an independently audited RNG system
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers including banks and payment processors
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform
• Any damages arising from use of the platform in violation of these Terms

By continuing to use the GGLBET platform after any changes to the Terms are published, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where gglbet is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration before any legal action is taken.
